BREXIT UPDATE – Windsor Framework

We are based in Northern Ireland. Under the Windsor Framework (formerly the Northern Ireland Protocol):

  • No new checks on goods between Northern Ireland (NI) and the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
  • NI remains in the EU’s single market for goods, allowing smooth trade with the EU.
  • Goods flow between NI, ROI, and the EU without extra customs checks or tariffs.

TAX & VAT

Why do you charge VAT?
VAT is a legal requirement in the UK & Europe. We collect it on products and services (including shipping) for the government.

Why show prices excluding VAT?
We ship worldwide. Customers outside the EU don’t pay UK VAT but may pay import taxes upon delivery.

Can I buy VAT-free with a VAT number?

  • EU customers: Yes, provide your valid VAT number and matching delivery address before purchase.
  • UK customers: Pay VAT and reclaim it with the invoice we provide.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

How can I pay?
Pay via checkout options (PayPal, cards). Phone payments are limited for security reasons.

Do you offer 0% Finance?
No direct finance. We accept PayPal Credit.

Can I view prices in my local currency?
Yes. Use our website’s currency selector to view prices in your local currency. Prices convert automatically but may fluctuate based on exchange rates.

Payment options for local currency:

  • Card payments: You can pay in your local currency using a debit or credit card.
  • PayPal payments: We only accept payments in GBP via PayPal. If you wish to pay in your local currency, please use a card at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Contact us if unsure about your country.

Remote areas:
Some locations (e.g., Scottish Highlands) incur extra charges. We’ll inform you if applicable.

Can I collect in-store?
Yes, but call ahead to confirm stock.


CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Will I have to pay customs charges?
Yes, for non-UK/EU deliveries, import taxes may apply. Contact your local customs office for details. We aren’t responsible for abandoned packages if duties are unpaid.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I return an item?

  • Request a returns form at info@ghostdevelopments.com.
  • Return items in original packaging to:
    TMC Motorsport, Unit 8, 766 Upper Newtownards Road, BT16 1TQ, Northern Ireland, UK.

Refund processing time:
Refunds take 3-5 working days after processing.

Tuning products returns:
30-day refund if unused and in original condition. Include all packaging and accessories.

Special order items:
Cannot be returned unless faulty.
